Terms of Service

Payment first policy. I’ll send one sketch first (if the client asked) so the client will have a general idea how it will turn out. If the client decided to proceed then they must pay full price first before I continue the rest of the project. STRICTLY GCASH and PAYPAL only to avoid issues. 50% downpayment is possible when the client ordered 20$ up.Drawings will be done in my art style. Minor changes are allowed and all complex design will be simplified. I have right to decline request especially when I know I can’t make it.No refunds/cancellation. Clients can cancel the project only before they send their payment but strictly no refund especially once I started lineart and color.No rush orders. I’m still learning and take time to draw. It is also for me to ensure that the product you’ll receive is high quality. Wait time will be 7 to 28 days depending on workload (I'm still a student).Ready your reference. Make sure you have your character sheet and what your commissioning is ready and available. Additional fee will apply if I have to come up with the character.Confidentiality agreement. Under any circumstances, any private and personal information shared between parties for transaction purposes, must kept confidential.

The Client cannot claim the work as their own. All of my commission for PERSONAL use only. For commercial use, the prices will be doubled.The finished work will automatically be published on my socials for promotional purposes only.You must credit me on your socials ❤
